Cute little baby!
It still is just like most Oncidium spikes. And they are pretty slow to bud and bloom, so more patience required! Then it may be identifiable but Oncidiums are one of the largest alliances and there are so many hybrids. So even then it is more likely not going to be possible to give it positive ID. Maybe once you have blooms the place you bought it from will know what it was if they just lost the tag. Or maybe the tag is buried in the root ball
