The flowers are about the size of a quarter and the leaves a very Brassavola-like.

Flowers are very close to Broughtonia sanguinea, and show little or no Brassavola influence. This could be 75% sanguinea x 25% Brassavola nodosa, but that is a pure guess.

I agree that the flowers reflect no Brassavola influence. That's why I stated that only the leaves are "Brassavola-like". . . as an aid to identification.

Looks like Ctna. = Cattleytona. Looks very similar to Ctna Why Not (C aurantiaca x Bro sanguine). But not very much yellow in it's lip.

Spike is proportionately too short for straight Broughtonia.
