I got this zygo from an orchid shop in NYC in March and it's reblooming for me for the first time. It didn't have a tag. I've done a little research and I think it it may be a Galeopetalum Giant 'Rhein Moonlight.' What do y'all think?
It would have had at least 5 more flowers but I accidentally broke the second spike, ugh, I almost cried!
It has a lovely hyacinth-like fragrance in the daytime, which I expect will get even stronger as the flower matures. It's hard to get the true color to show up in pictures-- especially the lip color, it wants to look totally red in pictures but it's really a dark purple.
