Hello

I bought this orchid about a year ago. The bulbs were extremely shriveled when I got it but they have plumped up and many new ones have grown. It was not spiked as of yet.
I am thinking it is in the oncidium family..?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks…

Domenico

We will not know anything unless we saw the flowers. But for the meantime, maintain the health and well being of the plant by cutting the damaged edges so the fungi will not infest the leaves. The bulbs are plump yet I see pleating on some of the smaller leaves (its either too much or too little humidity) You are giving it correct lighting because it has the right shade of green of the leaves.

I would say it is in the Oncidium family based on the leaves and pseudo bulbs. It's a huge group so anything more definite is hard at this time but sure looks just like several of my Miltassias.

Reminds me of my Sharry Baby with the shape of the leaves and the color. Definitely in the Oncidium family tho.
