I think this is the problem with common names. I think 'Hen & Chicks' in the USA is different to 'Hen & Chicks' in some other parts of the world (orchidsarefun says it's used in South Africa for these).
I've seen that with other common names. A ghost orchid in Europe is nothing like the Ghost Orchid in the USA. It's a terrestrial that grows in leaf litter in the UK.
