Not sure what orchid is this

Bought this over a year ago without any idea what is this aside from being orchid (the one with white roots and four leaves)

Thanks for your replies. Here's another one that's unknown to me. I have this for more than two years (I think) with so many flowering attempts and blasts and recently it partially succeeded with lots of bud blasts.
