Default Phal. equestris? Not?

Hi,

I was so excited for my Phal. equestris to finally bloom but now that it did, I doubt that it's an equestris. Looks very hybrid-y? Can someone id my mini phalaenopsis, please? Thank you!

Thanks for the responses. Picked it up from Larry's Orchids in Clinton Township, MI. Planning to drop by the store in a few days to check if all the plants marked as Phal equestris turned out like the one I got. There were a bunch of them in spike the last time I was there a few weeks ago.

I'd agree with the others ... looks like a hybrid.

Most definitely NOT equestris. Looks like a Sogo hybrid.

I'm bummed that it's not an equestris. Had a glimmer of hope when I saw there is an orange variety in Google search. Oh well, still a lovely flower tho.

It looks just like my Phal. Sogo Gotris of course unless you get confirmation from the vendor it will probably always be a NoID.

I agree with Adriana, it looks like a Sogo Gotris--I have one also. There is somewhere around 40% equestris in the parentage if it is indeed a Sogo Gotris.

My Sogo Gotris 'Flora Ark' looks like this. Mine is not in bloom now, not even in spike.
