Default Dendrophylax fawcetti or funalis
May be impossible to tell, but I thought only fawcetti did this.

When I bought it, it had a broken bloom spike, and yet quickly put out a new shoot, though instead of a flower it started growing THIS instead. Looks like a little bughead, but those are two root tips.
