yah I have a few Lc hybrids and they all seem to have the long twisty leaves on them which I dont like the growth habit at all...Its just the plant IMO also.

I like the flowers on the Lc's I just dont really care for the unruly growth habits. I have to deal with a non blooming plant for most of my orchid life so far and I wont be buying anymore Lc's or Blc's with crappy looking leaf growing habits. You cant always get the kind of growth you want but you can limit your mistakes by knowing what your getting.

Intruder, I am using Better-Gro Orchid Plus (20-14-13) and Orchid Better Bloom (11-35-15). Usually use the Better Bloom every 3rd or 4th feeding. Both are all nitrate with added minor elements, although I don't see any Ca. Feeding half-strength, once a month through winter, now going back to every 2 weeks.

Agree Squirrel. I looked more closely and saw a couple of other NOIDs that also had some leaves twisting, but not as much. Will strongly consider my watering schedule and lighting as others suggested to see if I can minimize the effect.

Some great feedback regarding the twisted leaves, if anyone else has some ideas regarding parentage would love to hear it.
