Phal NOID any thoughts

I'm new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself and share one of my favorite, first purchases. I got this Phal in Nov 2013 and I think it has only lost nor or two flowers.
Currently it's in a bark mix which I may move to S/H After it finishes up. It is shooting new roots and appears to be doing OK. I live in central IL and am looking forward to some warm weather so I can move some plants outside. I think I bought 14 plants (all Phals, 2 minis) since November. Added overhead lighting, heating strip, and a humidifier.

Unfortunately, it's just about impossible to i.d. hybrid orchids - there are so many, and many of those look quite similar ...
