I'm quite confident it's a Stanhopea. FS too, by the look of it. Mostly they flower beneath the basket but sometimes they snake out across the surface.

Flowers (around here) mid-late summer.

If you're putting it in a larger hanging basket, I'd advise you to avoid using one of those coconut fibre mats in the basket - it's terrible when you have to repot and the roots are so entwined in the fibre they take serious damage.

Looking at the leaf I would say Stanhopea; the leaf for Coelogyne is somewhat similar.

Within China, I only know of;
Stanhopea bucephalus, Stanhopea devoniensis, Stanhopea nigroviolacea ‘Wisley Wonder’ AM/RHS, Stanhopea Emree, Stanhopea tigrine, Stanhopea oculata.

Whatever it really is; will be reviled when it flowers until then enjoy it. The leaf resembles Stanhopea bucephalus; but the photos of the others are not clear in our books; and I have never seen them for sale or otherwise above Beijing.

I hope this helps you.

One thing I forgot to say; in China many books refer to the abbreviation of Coelogyne as C. it should be coel. And Stanhopea as S. it should be stan.
