can anyone help me id this orchid? this ones with pseudobulbs all look alike

and how can i divide it?

Why do you want to divide it? There are few reasons to divide a nice big plant. Just wondering.

i want to have some more to trade and to expand the collection

Aside from the 'Why?', this plant looks so root bound in the pot, that it will be very difficult to divide. You will be better off repotting in a 6" or 8" pot, and leaving it there for 2 years. At that point it will be easier to divide, and you should be able to get 2-3 nice plants out of it.
