[SOLVED] Iris "Neomarica gracilis" or "False orchid"

Hello !

That poor plant was abandonned in a patio, so I adopted it. In September 2012 it bloomed, turned out it was an orchid plant !

But I don't know its name/type, so I can't figure out its specific needs : this year it didn't give me any flowers

.

Here in Argentina, they call it an "orquidea del dia", but that doesn't help me.

Does someone have any clues ?

Some pictures : a tall plant with long leaves and one or two thick part producing the flowers.
