Default A mysterious den

So I've had this den for awhile and don't really know what it is (it was given to me as an inch long keiki in a dead branch) so i threw it in a basket full of epidendrums(need an id on those too pics below) and there it sat and then it grew, grew and grew some more and then it put out keikis and those grew too and since then its been in suspended animation all of them (suppose they're having a dry dormancy as some dens do so im hoping someone can at least give me some pointers as to what type of den it is and its care thanks in advance!

The Den does look like it could be a nobile type. They need fertilizer withheld from September til there are definite spikes, as well as little water from fall til spikes.

The Epidendrum might be radicans.

Howdy
if it is a nobile type, likely a hybrid (quite common now), you would need at least (I think) two weeks at or below 52 degrees at night.

Try looking up "Yamamoto" dendrobiums, and see their "how to grow" portion of their web page.
