It's wonderful!
You might. I have two zygos that are actually quite compact.
I'll measure them later when I get home from Disneyland.

Actually, I'll be away for Christmas and stuff, so never mind what I said.
If you find out a name, I would love to know though.

It's fine. Honestly that Trader Joe's has an extremely fast orchid turnover rate.
It was likely to be gone.
If I don't get a name (haven't dug through the pot yet) I'll for sure let you know when it's big enough to divide.

Ok... the first one pictured. The purple one.
It's the smallest of all four zygo crosses. The most fragrant, and beautiful.
It measures 14" or 36 cm from base of psuedobulb to the tip of the tallest leaf.
It's 10" or 5.5cm wide at the base. 10" total width at the top.
Four psuedobulbs and 2 new growths in a 4" pot.
The spikes reach to just under the tops of the leaves.
So pretty compact I think.

Very nice indeed. Did your intentions not to buy more include Xmas gifts to self ? I think not. Merry Xmas to you

Either way will be fine.
I hope you grow it well so I could get a piece in the future.
