Some of the original parentage shining through. I've got quite a few noid phals with pink colors that have the same spots, and my phalaenopsis Stuartiana has very prominent spots on the leaves. I like that it looks like it goes more towards white than yellow! Most of mine have quite a lot of yellow on and around the lip.

I agree with Tin, it's due to high light. Once the leaf matures the spots will go away.

Almost all my phals do that on the new leaves.
One sorta kinda mini with white flowers with pink blush is pushing a new leaf and spikes at the same time right now and I see that exact same spots.
They do go away as the leaf matures.
Then I have one mini with white flowers with red lip, the entire leaves, front and back, are quite dark purple with just hint of green. It came that way and stays that way.
Then other large phals with light pink flowers, white flowers with red lip, and a few minis all show light purple hue on their new leaves, but not in the form of spots.
I have two phals that do not show any red pigments in their leaves no matter how bright the light is.
One is light green flower and the other one is deep magenta (this I thought was odd considering the flower color).
