I'm getting an encyclia vibe from it. Maybe encyclia tampensis or a hybrid of it?

It looks like a bulbophyllum to me.

Definitely Encyclia, Bulbos don't bloom from the apex of the pseudobulb like this plant has. I'd guess cordigera from your location and the plant's apparent proportions, but impossible to tell without blooms (and maybe even then)...

Encyclia or Psychilis. Give it a bigger limb or a tree in your backyard, because roots want to run up and down.
And come back with a photo when blooming.
