Phalaenopsis hybrid of some sort. I don't grow them so will leave the cultural advice to those better equipped to provide it.

I think that will be extremely difficult given the number of Phalaenopsis hybrids there are.

There are so many Phal hybrids that without a tag, it will be impossible to ID it. You might find a parent or two, but even then, that won't give you an indication of how to care for it because these hybrids can cross several different varieties.

There's a thread at the top of the beginner forum called "The Phal Abuse Ends Here" read the first several pages. The basics of phalaenopsis care are there for you.

Love the colors on this one! Roots look pretty good from what I can see. All in all, I think you've got a nice one. That's all that matters.
