Looks like a Phal equestris to me...but let's hear what the Phal experts have to say

Default I believe it's Phal Equestris

It looks like a faint version of phal equestris formosum but the lip on formosum is deeper in coloration. Here is a picture of Phal equestris formosum 'Montclair' - the photo below is couresty of orchids.com -

It is Phal. equestris and may be the Taiwan form (originally described as Phal. riteiwanensis).
