Are you talking about the spots that are IN the agar??

This probably should have been posted under Propagation, more of the people who do their own flasking might have seen it

Being that the pic does not give a clear shot, my first guess would be contamination. So I have a few ??

How did you sterilize the media and flask?

How did you sterilize the seeds?

How did you apply your seeds to the media??

Can you supply a clearer pic?
