Very unusual-looking, some better photos may be needed. Does the spike come from the apex of the pseudobulb?

My utterly wild guess without more visual info would be something related to Epigeneium (Dendrobiinae) or Acriopsis (Cymbidieae).

I don't think they're Acriopsis, they don't look like that.

We need a crisper photo of the image. It'd be great to get a good closeup shot of the flowers themselves.
