These might not be species, they might be hybrids. Often if there are no tags then it's not possible to id them exactly but I will leave that for others to comment on these as they are not ones I know.
Cambria is not a real genus, it's a trade term used for an intergeneric oncidium type and could be one of many intergeneric genera in that area. Someone might know more accurately on that though.
The Den looks like it might be related to Den nobile or something else of similar type. I would give it the same care as a Den nobile.
Care for the others can probably be the generic care of oncidiums, cattleya and miltonia respectively. Often care sheets for miltonia talk about two types that have different care, these have since been split into miltonia and miltoniopsis and often both are tagged as miltonia. Yours is a miltoniopsis which have these 'pansey' flowers like yours. Miltonia has a different shape flower.
