It does look like C. forbesii, and here is a link to a gentleman's flicker page that shows C. forbesii caerulea which is a very close match - most forbesii varieties have a lot of yellow in the throat, with exception to caerulea and a couple others.

Also, and this is only a suggestion, not a criticism at all, but if you could include something like a ruler or some other object to give a size reference, it may help - photos can really be deceiving in the appearance of sizes for ID purposes.
