No clue on the 1st, but the 2nd is likely Dendrobium treacherianum, aka Epigeneium treacherianum or Epig.
lyonii. Awesome species! Mine like very high light, warm temperatures, and lots of moisture. They'll tolerate cooler temps for a while if kept drier but not totally dry, and if light intensity is kept up. I pretty much grow them like cirrhopetaloid Bulbophyllums but with higher light. They're also pretty sensitive to repotting/mounting as they don't regrow roots easily, so if possible try to do it only when a new flush of roots is just starting; for me this is in the spring before new growths appear, but it could be different in your seasons.
