Probably Jumellea arachnantha.

Definitely an Angraecoid.

Must be the ang family, as King said. Here is a site that sells or grows many angs and might provide some visual help.
Orchid Species
The other helpful site, once you have a lead:

It looks somewhat like Ang. leonis, but the Ang. leonis flowers have more yellow coloring in the throat and a somewhat different petal shape; but it is close. That spur makes it a good candidate for the Angraecum family though. I definitely think Angraecum is the family you are looking for, and a little more research will probably prove that. BUT, regardless, it is a beauty! Did you catch a fragrance? Many only smell at night, so that may not have been evident when you were present. When it is identified, I hope it is available as I really like it ( of course I never met an orchid I did not like, sooooo.......).
Thanks for posting the pics - I really like the pure white flowers and the strap leaves - very nice!
Thanks again,
Steve

AHHHHH - I think I found it. Good call King-o-orchids - Look up Jumellea arachnantha - I have a link but it is in Russian (I think) - but the photo is in English (ha)!
Try this - Файл:Jumellea arachnantha - Flickr 003.jpg — Википедия
It looks a lot like the overhead shot you have provided. Took a little research (I LOVE research!), and looking at 100's of pics, so now I have a real orc-craving!
Hope this helps.
Steve

You are very welcome -
At this time I am semi-house bound, needing back surgery AGAIN, so I have a lot of time to spend looking things up; plus I love a challenge such as this. I found another couple of orchids that look a lot like yours, all Angraecums, but the Jum. arachnantha was the best looking match - you can only do so much ID'ing with only pics to go by. I hope you can verify this as the orchid you saw, and as I said, now I want more orchids - of course I am still breathing so that desire is a given!!!!
Happy hunting!
Steve
