Yep - it's Maxillaria tenuifolia - I have two nice sized ones - one for my collection, one for trade/sale. The Indianapolis Museum of Art greenhouse has a large one of these. It's also called the Coconut Orchid due to it's strong coconut fragrance. The blooms will appear very near the base of the plant, and are brownish - maroon. Cute, but not so showy as they are so near the soil level. I wish they were on spikes, but no matter as the smell will definitely get your attention.
I do have a question for Max. fans - Mine looks like the one shown in this original post by Ordphien; the leaves are about 18 inches long; the one at the IMA is much shorter, reaching only about 8 inches tall. It blooms it's head off, but again, is very short. I have seen both short and tall online and I was wondering - is this two varieties of the same orchid, or what?
