As silken has said, the part of the name in quotes is a cultivar name and identifies a particular plant and it's clones. It's not part of the grex/hybrid name.
This is why it's important to pay attention to the way a name is written, whether it has capitals (lower case is used for species, upper case first letter is us brackets, quotes etc. All those things tell you something about what the name means and can be confusing if you don't understand it, and if someone writes it incorrectly when you do understand it.
