It's a Paphiopedilum for sure. Not a Phrag. Impossible to tell which one.

I don't know much about artificial hybrids, but it looks similar to Paph. Bernenice (P. lowii x P. phillipinensis) Paph lowii , Paph Berenice ,& Paph Bel Royal - Slippertalk Orchid Forum- The best slipper orchid forum for paph, phrag and other lady slipper orchid discussion!

It is a Paph, no question about that. Naoki is right or close with Paph Berenice (lowii x philippinense). Otherwise it is a similar hybrid like Paph Lebaudyanum (haynaldianum x philippinense) or possibly Paph parishii or one of its hybrids. The spotting in the base of the petals and the general form and color can only come from this kind of background.

This flower is also very wilted, either from age or dehydration. You can see that the older flowers have already fallen off. It would not be so distinctly droopy otherwise.
