After the great help with one of my neighbour Brians orchid ID's , I am asking again . But this time I think I know what it is .. BUT I am no expert
He has several plants of this spread around the garden . Some in full sun , nestled in a large Drynaria fern , and some tied to a Citrus tree . I see some nice little keikis that will be ready for me when the wet season starts .
Long canes that get thinner at the top? If yes, looks like Dend. fimbriatum type for me. Take a look at Dendrobium fimbriatum var. oculatum for comparison, just don't take into account the dark stain of this variety.

Stems are long and thin , with narrow dark green leaves.
So maybe Mauro has pointed me in the right direction by suggesting Den fimbruiatum.. thank you .
When I saw the flowers, I said it sure looks like chrysotoxum to me but after your description of the canes and leaves, they do not fit chrysotoxum that has about 8 to 12 in. thick, stout looking canes with broad thick leaves of about 6 in.
