Hi everyone,

I bought this little plant at a DIY-superstore. The tag saying "orchid" wasn't really helpful. :-D
In my opinion it faintly resembles a Brassada, but I may be wrong. The flowers are smaller (5.5cm/ 2.2in) and the petals are slightly broader.
So I'd appreciate your suggestions. :-)

I think it's definitely in the Oncidium Alliance, could be brassada or at least have that in it's parentage. Sorry, not sure

wow! fabulous color - I too would have snapped that up!

I would suspect Miltonia and/or Brassia in it's heritage ...

The radiant orange is awesome, indeed. I really love the shape of the flowers and the scent is wonderful, too. It definitely wanted to follow me home.
