It will be impossible to tell from only the foliage just which Cattleya or Cattleya alliance orchid you have. Even with a bloom photo, may not be possible, tho it may be possible, or at least a general idea of which genus.
Generally, if plants grow well, but do not bloom, they are likely need more light. Many Cattleyas and Cattleya alliance orchids need more than some other commonly grown orchids, such as Phalaenopsis.
Too much nitrogen from fertilizer could also keep the plant from blooming, tho fertilizing once a month, I wouldn't think that is too likely. What type of fertilizer are you using, and how much of it ?
Also, many are seasonal bloomers, so aren't to be expected to bloom more than once a year. Others, when mature, can bloom 2 or more times a year, but usually that will be a bigger plant that is getting several new growths a year.
