I have that kind of plant: Tindomul is right....it is a
Mediocalcar decoratum....you can grow that indoors in your grow zone....it is snubbed and taken for granted specie....but I like them
Also anything needing sphagnum does not agree with me.
My Zygopetalum already went to Orchid heaven and a
cutting of Ludisia discolor is struggling to root .
So this one is not going to work for me but I sure like it.
Plumania, that Ludisia can take forever to root. I have it in a very shallow pot with spag. it has been there for about 4 months, still no roots but the leaves still look good and it is putting out a couple new growths. Dont give up on it....Jean

Sorry to go off topic on this thread, just wanted to tell Ron that the Maxillaria minuta that i got from you a while ago just put out a TON of flowers. Such tiny cute flowers that smell like cinnamin! Very nice!
