I got this plant labeled as Maxillaria densa. By looking at the flowers it is obvious that it was mislabeled. It is a beautiful plant and I would love to find out the correct name.

Agree 100% on genus, though my (completely uneducated ) guess would be spicata rather than hyacinthoides.

Thank you for the ID. After comparing them I tend to go with Eria spicata, Eria hyacinthoides seems to have larger inflorescences and the pseudobulbs seem slightly different.

It definitely is within the genus Eria, but it is for certain not Eria hyacinthoides. Eria hyacinthoides is a much larger and robust plant. The inflorescence also appears more full than the one you have.

Although, I can't be 100% certain at the moment, it does appear that it could possibly be Eria spicata. If not Eria spicata, then Eria bicristata.

I would need some time to compare photos of known specimens of Eria spicata to photos of known specimens of Eria bicristata.

Looked it up.

Definitely Eria spicata.

Congratulations!
