Question Name this Yellow/Brown Oncidium Orchid

I've had this for some years. Was given a piece which I set and has grown significantly since. About a year or so ago I took a piece from the main plant and set it. It has grown but has not flowered at all like the mother plant.

I would really love to get the full specie name of this Oncidium.
That way i can know exactly what i'm doing wrong so i can change that and hopefully get it to bloom.

Check out the pics and let me know!

Thanks!

The pics i posted are of the mother plant. No such luck with the division i set though.

I really wish i could get the scientific name.
