It does look rather like a Dendrobium, but I don't have a scale to refer against, and without flowers, it's really tricky! If it's quite small it *might* be a
Den. loddigesii, but it's hard to say with no scale and with a somewhat wintery plant!
In any case, with relatively few leaves, it suggests whatever it is is probably deciduous or somewhat so and will benefit from a rest/torture period until it wakes up again in sping - very little if any water and no fertiliser. Such dendrobiums need this harsh punishment to flower well.
