Yes, looks like a winner to me. Also, appears they have quite a bit of natural color variation so that may account for the impression of being a hybrid, but I did find images of same color pattern with no indication of being a hybrid.
Bonus: They occur naturally in the department of Izabal, Guatemala where I live. This was originally a purchased orchid (judging from the fact it is mounted) so it is good to discover it is also indigenous here. Lots of other Epi's occur naturally here too.
