Phal Brother Lawrence?

Hi all,

I have this NOID phal which I'd like to ID. It is a big-leaved phal and I suspect that it is a brother lawrence. Would anyone have any other ideas? Unfortunately the camera is not representing the colour of this flower accurately - it is not as yellow as it looks, but closer to a green.

Maybe someone else can help with ID, tho there are so many Phal hybrids it can be impossible to be certain

The frustrating thing is that I think this phal was labelled when I first bought it about 4 years ago. I wasn't so serious about orchids then. I seem to remember looking at a very long name and thinking that I would never remember it - so out the label went! What an idiot I am! I might try to get in touch with the garden centre I bought it from...

I was googling the name and came across an image that looks just like yours with a label Phalaenopsis [(Brother Golden Potential x Taida Lawrence) x Waln
I wonder if it is along those lines?

Wow, that is pretty close! Thank you! I am convinced now that it is at least a brother lawrence cross.

Unfortunately, it is now an orphan, a NOID. It can not be identified with certainty. There are dozens of hybrids that look like yours.
