Default cattleya id

I have this cat with me for the past 03 yrs. Like some kids, it is always sick. Any new pest/diseases, this one catches it first.Anyway she bloomed for the first time....and it was worth all the troubles. The flower has a slight tinge of orange which doesnt show on the snap. Please id.cattleya id-img001-jpg

Gorgeous delicate colours and a lovely shape. With so many cattleya hybrids out there it is likely impossible to ID.

It looks very much like Sc Crystelle Smith but as was said before it is almost impossible to ID a Cattleya alliance hybrid.

So I christian thee noid Crystelle Smith until proved otherwise. Last month I visited 3 leading orchid nurseries of my area and thanks to their effort most of my dens have decent nametags. Some phals are still sad without their names. Anyways those guys at the nurseries seemed surprised that I wanted to know the correct names......!
