Default ID help Orchid from Monteverde, Costa Rica

Hi,
Shot this orchid in the collections of the "Orchid Garden", Monteverde, Costa Rica, but have been unable to ID it.

Hope somebody have an idea of what it could be?

Cheers, Sune

Most interesting. Did you happen to photo the vegetative growth as well? I haven't the slightest what this is but curious what the overall plant looks like.

Not too familiar enough with Sigmatostalix to nail down to species level, but just confirming it is in the genus Sigmatostalix.

Thanks Bruce for your ID help. I checked the Sigmatostalix macrobulbon Kraenzl. out with the description in the Manual de Plantas de Costa Rica and to me there is no doubt.
