Maybe Masdevallia lundibuna or Masdevallia rhinophora (provided they are actually separate species).

Should they be separate species, I'm leaning towards it being Masdevallia rhinophora.

Hi Philip,

thanks for your answer. I supposed these two species too that you mentioned.

Here is a picture of the habitus:

The biggest leaf is 10cm long and 2cm broad. The peduncle is 11cm long. The sepals are 1cm big and the tails are 2,5cm long. The lip is 4mm big.

...I'm thinking it's Masd. rhinophora.

Your plant is fairly large.

From what I'm seeing of pictures of Masd. ludibunda, the leaves on Masd. ludibunda are fairly small.

It is definitely not Masd. ludibundella. I own a Masd. ludibundella, and it is a very small plant as well. Masd. ludibundella has leaves that get no larger than 6 cm long, 1 cm across.

Plus, to my understanding, vegetatively speaking, Masd. ludibunda and Masd. ludibundella may actually be very similar in size. The 2 major differences between these two similar looking species is the length of the sepaline tails (with Masd. ludibunda having longer sepaline tails) and the length of the inflorescence (Masd. ludibundella is supposedly the one with the longer inflorescence).

Pictures of Masdevallia rhinophora, however, appear to make them out to have larger leaves and larger flowers than Masd. ludibunda and Masd ludibundella.
