It looks like a Beallara but its impossible to say what it is for sure if it didn't have a tag. It's nice tho.

I don't think it's Tahoma Glacier. I think it looks more like Degarmoara Flying High 'Stars and Bars'. Here's a link for comparison:

That looks absolutely nothing like 'stars and bars'! That one has maroon spots on a yellow base color, while the OP's plant has purplish spots on a white base. It's not Tahoma Glacier either, the spots on it are more clustered towards the base of the petals/sepals.

Orchidland, are the blooms already a bit old in that photo? The spots look like they 'bled' out, which I see happen on my spotted Onc hybrids. One possible ID may be a white version of Bllra Peggy Ruth Carpenter. I had one a few years ago and for some reason sometimes it would make normal colored blooms, but others were white and looked like yours. If you google the name there are many of the white type pics look similar to yours. Don't go by number of spots for comparison, it's quite variable in this orchid.

If those are freshly opened blooms though, then I don't know what it is.

I bought one recently that looks very similar, but is definitely a white variety and has much fewer spots.

It has recently finished flowering and I repotted it yesterday, however, because it didn't come with a label, I have no idea what conditions it may like. Is it warm growing, or will it tolerate cooler temps? Is it deciduous? If it helps at all, it has two leaves rather than one rising from the top of the pbulb. Any help would be great!

I'm with camille on this
it appears like an aged Peggy Ruth Carpenter 'Morning Joy' -- if not aged, then grown quite warm = washed colors. Mine is blooming now with more intense colors because of the cool of the year.

may all your orchids bloom like crazy
