I was about to post this one as a NoID, but just happened to find what I think is almost certainly a match.

This is an indigenous orchid (Rio Dulce, Guatemala) which produces an unusual "jagged" bloom spike with a single very small (1/8" dia max) flower which is typically on the end of what I assume is a seed pod. Flower is totally green same color as plant.

A couple of pics I took attached. And a better one of the flower copied from the net.
