I bought this orchid mounted to half a coconut at a green market.. 6 years ago. It blooms it's guts out twice a year. I have split it in half once, and here it goes again !
Thanks in advance..

That is a beautiful bloom...and planted outdoors on the ground...your weather must be conducive to growing orchids

The bulb and amount of flowers per spike make me suspect Skinnerii ( guarianthe) in it's lineage.

Firstly, thank you for the IDs.
No, it's not growing in the ground. It is mounted on a half a coconut and has a metal hangar on the back.. I hang it on the fence in my little grow-zone where everything prospers without much attention.

I am so impressed with this plant.. Like I said, it blooms like crazy. I'm gonna need to split this and remount it soon. It's wrapping around the cut edge of the shell now.

I am lucky to live in this zone.. Everything grows so well.. I live about a mile from the AOS headquarters at Morikami Park in Delray Beach. Go figure that my plants do well !!

Y'all are great !
Grazzi !

I agree with the above ID's, I think it has L. anceps, Gur. skinneri, and B. nodosa in its parentage.
