More detail on this orchid! Pictures!
*
Well, I know nothing about Orchids. I bought this in a retail grocery store back in February. I've done nothing more than keep it out of direct sunlight, and water it when the moss on top gets dry. So, in seven months, I am amazed I haven't somehow killed this thing.
*
I was told on another forum I'm on (For Venus Fly Traps) that it is a Phalaenopsis. Other than that, I don't know much more about it. I bought it because it was pretty. :P Maybe some of you Orchid enthusiasts can assist me, and help me make sure I'm taking good care of it?

First off, It is great to see another Canadian on the Board! This is a great place to learn more about orchids from the various members here. As for your orchid, yes, it is a Phalaenopsis. Unfortunately any other identification is impossible as there are tons of hybrids out there that look similar, so it is nearly impossible to get the correct ID.

Thanks for the welcome! Also thanks for the link! There are currently 10 flowers on this flower, and I haven't done anything more than water it! No ferts or anything. Guess I'm just lucky! lol

Welcome to the board
I agree with others, that other than knowing it's a Phal you won't get a more accurate ID, but that's enough to know to find out how to care for it and the link Joann gave you is the best place to start on that.

Welcome to OB!
Your doing great with your first Phalaenopsis. I think soon you'll have several more.
