There are so many Phal hybrids that it's impossible to ID one by a pix. Your best bet is to track down the grower from wherever you got it and get the name from him.
Agree, it's going to be near impossible to give it a name. There are so many hybrids out there that look similar that's it really a guessing game. Unless you are lucky to have some really unqiue blooms that make iID easy.
If you still have the tag to contact the grower, good luck, most of them don't like giving out names or just don't care if it's named or not.

The first orchid you ever rebloom is so special. It's such a thrill to see that you're doing things right! I still have mine and it's the one I look forward to seeing in bloom the most.

Camille....
It is kind of satisfying....I have two smaller ones that I think I did everything in my power to kill them (overwater...repotting...cutting roots) and they are still hanging on
If those two ever produce a flower again I'll have to take a picture and frame the photo!
Hey, ditto here ! I still have my Den. bigibbum var. compactum that bloomed for me first and it came out of Home Depot !!!
Keep it and love it anyway, give it your own name ! Mine was lucky enough to be named but I call it "Baby 'D' " anyhow because it came in a 2" pot in bloom !!!
