Rescue orchid- is it a cymbidium?

Now is not the ideal time to re-pot. This is usually best done after flowering when new root growth tends to start. Also repotting with removal of the old potting mix does tend to knock back flowering so I would suggest leaving it or just knocking it out of that pot and putting it in a larger one without disturbing the roots. Unless of course you see a root problem and then total repotting may be necessary.
