Default This is an Oncidium sp.

Hello Dear!

I'm living in an exciting country called Colombia. However it isn't the warm tropical spot that I'm living in but right in the middle of the Cordillera Central at about 8'500 feet. It's quite fresh though!

There are still some native orchids growing around here and I was searching the name of this one:

Please look a the picture:
Can somebody help me to find its scientific names?

I thank you for your help.
Cheers!

Ralfito

Default Flower size

Hello Msaar,

thank's for answering me about my request.

this plant is quite big and a bloomed hamp can carry over 80 flowers.

the flower size is 1,5 cm only.

I'll try to post some pictures later 'cause I can't do it here as they haven't any url-link.

Cheers! Keep in touch.

Ralf
