Can't read name tag on this Cleisostoma - HELP -

I bought this Cleisostoma, got it home and can't read the tag. Research has not turned up anything close to what I think it says. I've attached photos of the tag, the flower, the spike and the plant. HELP!!!!!!

Never mind, figured it out, it reads Cleisostoma brevipes which is a synonym for striatum. I guess I'm losing it in my old age.

Low light, hot and high humidity. I grow them mounted so I water everyday more in the summer, less in the winter. Cleisostomas, Shoenorchis and Stereochilus - love them all.

Thanks, me too, I am really getting into the miniatures. Guess I will have to get a camera with a better macro lens.
