Can't be sure, but it looks a lot like Phal Flora Ark that I purchased at a grocery store.

Your "Phal" is actually Doritaenopsis Sogo Gotris 'Flora Ark' (Phalaenopsis Be Tris X Doritaenopsis Sogo Manager) a currently popular plant from Sun Bulb Co due to it's small size. The basal keiki habit comes from the Doritis in its background and is not an indication of ill health or crown damage as in Phals.

That's exactly what came to my mind upon seeing the photo.

Is it scented?? They usually are sweetly scented during the early part of the day.

Sogo Gotris readily makes basal keikis and make a great little flower show when all the babies flower along with their mother!
