Default Some of Grandma's plants

Hello all,

I was looking through some old photo albums and discovered that my Grandma had some beautiful plants. I came upon one photo in particular:

So, anyone know what Catt that is? And the plant next to it, is that an orchid?

And here is a look at some others

Can anyone offer any ID? Comments welcome
